Follow these steps to get cannabis delivered in Oregon:
First, verify that cannabis delivery is allowed in your city/county and find dispensaries that can legally deliver to your address. Use the OLCC Home Delivery Map or call dispensaries directly.
Search for OLCC-licensed retailers that offer delivery in your jurisdiction. Only retailers (not medical-only dispensaries) can deliver cannabis.
Order online or by phone. You must place the order yourself — no one else can order on your behalf. Orders must be placed before 8pm for same-day delivery.
The dispensary will verify you're 21+ (recreational) or 18+ with OMMP card (medical). Have your ID and/or OMMP card ready to upload or show.
Deliveries are made to residential addresses only — no hotels, dorms, or commercial locations. You must be present to receive the order.

Is cannabis delivery legal in Oregon?
Yes! Both recreational and medical cannabis delivery is legal in Oregon. However, recreational delivery is limited to the dispensary's licensed jurisdiction, while medical delivery is available statewide.
Why can't some dispensaries deliver to my address?
Oregon has jurisdiction rules. Dispensaries can only deliver recreational cannabis within their licensed city/county. If you're outside their jurisdiction, they can't deliver (unless you have an OMMP card).
Can I get cannabis delivered to my hotel in Oregon?
No. Oregon law prohibits cannabis delivery to hotels, motels, B&Bs, dorms, and commercial addresses. Delivery is only allowed to residential addresses.
How much cannabis can I order for delivery?
Recreational: Up to 2 oz flower, 5g concentrates, 16 oz solid edibles, or 72 oz liquid edibles per transaction. Medical (OMMP): Up to 8 oz per day, 32 oz per month.
Do I need an Oregon ID to order delivery?
No. Any valid government-issued ID proving you're 21+ works for recreational purchases. For medical delivery, you need an OMMP card (Oregon residents only).
Can someone else receive my delivery?
No. Oregon requires that the person who placed the order must receive and sign for the delivery. No proxies are allowed.
