Can I consume in the national park?
No. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is federal land where cannabis is illegal regardless of state or tribal law, and it borders the boundary directly.
Is there a lounge on the boundary?
No. The dispensary is retail only. There is no consumption venue anywhere in North Carolina, on or off tribal land.
North Carolina has one lawful dispensary and no lawful way to bring what you buy home. Treat a visit to the Qualla Boundary as a same-place experience: buy small, consume where it is permitted, and drive away with nothing but the receipt. Everything else about this state is still prohibition.
