The tax structure itself is unchanged. Connecticut sits inside a fully-legal New England corridor — New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island all sell recreational cannabis too — but interstate transport of any amount remains a federal crime, so cannabis bought in Hartford has to stay in Connecticut.
