Two full years of recreational sales have settled Cleveland into a steady, value-driven market. The city's manufacturing and shipping history left a strong blue-collar identity that shows up directly in purchasing habits: value tenths and budget pre-rolls move faster here than in Columbus or the eastern suburbs, and dispensaries that lead with price tend to outperform ones leading with premium branding.
