No program, no dispensary, no lounge, and a state that criminalizes being under the influence
Wyoming has neither a medical nor an adult-use cannabis program, and there is no consumption venue category to discuss. What makes Wyoming genuinely different from other prohibition states is a rarely appreciated feature of its law: alongside possession, being under the influence of a controlled substance is itself an offense. That matters enormously for anyone driving up from Colorado thinking they left the product behind.
A very short list.
Wyoming licenses no cannabis retailer of any kind. There is no state cannabis agency and no license category, so there is nothing to check a business against.
Hemp products meeting the 0.3 percent delta-9 THC standard are lawful in Wyoming and sold at retail. None of these shops may host consumption, and product marketed on its intoxicating effect deserves scrutiny.
Wyoming recognizes no private-club exemption. With no cannabis program and a separate under-the-influence offense, a membership consumption space exposes everyone in the room.
No Wyoming license permits cannabis consumption on a commercial premises. Jackson-area resorts in particular field this question from Colorado visitors and the answer does not change.
Colorado has an established consumption venue scene directly south, and Montana has adult-use retail without lounges. Visiting either is lawful there. Coming back over the line with product, or under the influence, is not.

Wyoming enforcement is real, the interstate corridors are watched, and the under-the-influence offense catches people who thought they were careful.

Are there cannabis lounges in Wyoming?
No. Wyoming has no cannabis program at all, so there is no consumption license and nothing lawful for a lounge to host.
Is it illegal just to be high in Wyoming?
Wyoming criminalizes being under the influence of a controlled substance as a separate offense, which is unusual. Leaving the product in Colorado does not by itself put you in the clear.
Can I bring cannabis in from Colorado?
No. It is a criminal offense in Wyoming and a federal issue on the interstate. The Interstate 25 and Interstate 80 corridors from Colorado are documented enforcement routes.
Does Wyoming have a medical program?

What is the penalty for a small amount?
Possession of three ounces or less is a misdemeanor carrying up to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to 1,000 dollars, with paraphernalia charged separately.
