Delivery is NOT legal in Wyoming, and neither is delta-8 or similar hemp THC
Wyoming has no medical or recreational cannabis program, and unlike many states, it has also closed off the hemp-derived THC workaround that supplies gray-market products elsewhere. Senate File 32, signed in March 2024 and effective July 1, 2024, redefined "hemp" to exclude synthetic substances and expanded the legal definition of "THC" to cover delta-8, delta-10, HHC, THC-O, THCP and other psychoactive cannabinoid isomers, making products containing them controlled substances under state law. The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that ban on October 27, 2025, rejecting the argument that the federal Farm Bill preempts Wyoming's stricter rule. A proposed exception for low-dose delta-8 beverages did not pass in 2025. There is no delivery to describe because there is essentially no legal THC product market in Wyoming at all.
There are no delivery services to list because Wyoming has neither a cannabis market nor a legal hemp-THC market. This is the narrow legal lane that remains, and everything that has been closed off.
Hemp-derived CBD products with a delta-9 THC concentration of 0.3 percent or less on a dry-weight basis remain legal in Wyoming. This covers standard CBD oils, topicals and capsules that are not formulated to be intoxicating.
SF 32 explicitly redefines these as THC, not hemp, making them illegal to sell or possess in Wyoming. The Tenth Circuit upheld this ban in October 2025. Products legally sold in many neighboring states are controlled substances here.
A 2025 bill, HB 267, proposed a 10 mg per container carve-out for hemp THC beverages. It did not pass, so as of September 2026 there is no beverage exception to the SF 32 ban.

These cannabinoids are explicitly defined as illegal THC under SF 32, regardless of their hemp origin or how they are marketed in other states. A product listing any of them on its label is not legal in Wyoming.
National hemp retailers that ship delta-8 or similar products broadly may not be aware of, or may not honor, Wyoming's ban. Look for retailers that specifically exclude Wyoming from those product shipments or that only sell delta-9-compliant CBD.
If a hemp CBD product is ever questioned, having the certificate of analysis on hand showing compliant delta-9 THC levels is the clearest evidence it is a lawful hemp product rather than a banned THC isomer product.
If you purchase cannabis legally in Colorado, it is a crime to bring it back into Wyoming, regardless of the amount or how it was packaged.
Wyoming enforces its THC laws, including the hemp isomer ban, more strictly than most states with a similar lack of legal cannabis market.
