Delivery is NOT legal in Idaho, and neither is most of what other states call hemp THC
Idaho is the strictest cannabis state in the country. There is no medical program and no recreational market of any kind, and unlike most states, Idaho does not follow the federal 0.3 percent delta-9 THC threshold for hemp. State authorities read Idaho law to require essentially zero THC in any product sold at retail, which means delta-8, delta-10, THCA, HHC and other hemp-derived cannabinoids that are legal gray-market products elsewhere are treated as illegal controlled substances here. A 2025 law tightened retail rules for hemp consumables even further, and a separate 2025 law added a mandatory minimum fine for simple possession starting January 1, 2026. There is nothing to deliver, because there is almost nothing you can legally buy.
There are no delivery services to list because Idaho has no legal cannabis market and no legal hemp-THC retail channel either. Here is the narrow slice of hemp products that do remain legal, and everything else that does not.
Idaho law has historically allowed hemp-derived CBD products only if they contain no detectable THC at all, not the 0.3 percent delta-9 threshold used almost everywhere else. Oils, topicals and capsules marketed as zero-THC are the only category with a clear legal path.
These hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal or gray-market in most neighboring states, but Idaho's zero-THC reading of state law and its 2025 hemp consumables restrictions mean products containing them are not legally sold here, in person or by mail.
Idaho is one of the last states with no medical cannabis law at all, no low-THC oil exception, and no affirmative defense for patients with serious illnesses. An out-of-state medical card provides no protection here.
Oregon has a fully licensed recreational market close to the Idaho border in cities like Ontario. Purchases there are legal in Oregon but illegal to bring into Idaho.
