How much does the card cost?
Fifteen dollars for the state card. The provider visit is separate, and your own physician may be able to recommend under the limited medical provider route.
Can I grow at home?
No. Utah does not permit home cultivation for patients or caregivers.
Where can I legally consume?
On private property where the owner permits it, by a permitted route. Utah licenses no consumption venues and public consumption is not authorized.
