Dispensary storefronts cluster along Thomasville Road and North Monroe Street, with additional stores reaching into the fast-growing Bradfordville suburb to the northeast. Nothing licensed sits inside College Town by FSU's stadium, where the ground-floor space belongs to bars and the rent assumes a football crowd. Qualifying students and staff either take delivery or drive the few minutes over to Thomasville Road, which most of them do anyway on their way somewhere else.

Florida legalized medical marijuana by constitutional amendment in 2016 and has never taken the recreational step since.
