The town licenses no dispensary, so the savings show up one municipality further west: Berwyn, which shares the Cermak Road corridor and charges no municipal cannabis tax, sells the same product for a few percentage points less than Chicago's Austin or North Lawndale storefronts. Illinois became the 11th state to legalize recreational cannabis when Gov. J.B.
