Medicis, LLC holds the region's base permit at 3005 L'Auberge Boulevard, placed deliberately along the same casino corridor that drives so much of the local economy, and runs two satellites that extend coverage well beyond city limits: one in Jennings, about 25 miles east in Jefferson Davis Parish, and another in Sulphur, roughly 10 miles west in Calcasieu Parish.
