One rule trips up almost every out-of-state patient: Oklahoma dispensaries cannot deliver. None of that changes the headline fact for 2026: Oklahoma remains medical-only, cannabis is not sold to the general public, and visitors expecting a walk-in adult-use shop need a $100 temporary patient license first.

Oklahoma has no real statewide brand tier to speak of. With more than 1,700 licensed growers and 570 processors feeding fewer than 1,300 shops, the market is dominated by small, single-location craft growers and processors that never scale beyond a dispensary or two - ask your local shop which of its house or partner brands moves fastest, because inventory turns over quickly in a market this saturated.
