Medical delivery available statewide | Medical card required
Florida has one of the largest medical marijuana programs in the country with over 900,000 registered patients. Licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs) can deliver cannabis products directly to patients anywhere in the state — 24 hours a day. Recreational cannabis is NOT legal in Florida, so a valid medical marijuana card is required. Here's how delivery works.
Florida has over 450 MMTC dispensing locations, and most offer delivery statewide. Here are the major providers:
Florida's largest medical marijuana operator with 160+ locations. Same-day delivery available with online scheduler. Free delivery for patients 65+ and orders over $200.
One of Florida's largest MMTCs with delivery across the entire state. Order online for home delivery.
Statewide delivery with free delivery for orders over $150. Multiple Florida locations.
First delivery is FREE, then $20 for orders under $75 (free for $75+). Statewide delivery from multiple locations.
Operates primarily via delivery. Next-day delivery in South Florida. $100 minimum, FREE delivery.
Statewide delivery with $25 fee (free for orders $125+). Quality flower and concentrates.
To order delivery in Florida, you must be a registered patient with active orders in the MMUR:
If you don't have one, see a qualified physician to get diagnosed with a qualifying condition and entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR). Apply for your MMUR ID card ($75 fee, 5 business days processing).
Your qualified physician places an "order" in the MMUR specifying which routes of administration (flower, concentrates, edibles, etc.) and how much you can purchase. Check your MMUR account to see your active orders.
Select a licensed MMTC that delivers to your area. Most deliver statewide, but check their website. Create an account if you don't have one.
Browse the MMTC's menu and add products to your cart. The system tracks your allotment — you can only order what your physician has authorized.
Select delivery and choose your preferred time window. Many MMTCs offer same-day delivery if you order early enough.
Have your MMUR ID card and government-issued photo ID ready. Sign the transportation manifest to confirm receipt. The driver will verify your identity.
Florida has specific requirements for medical marijuana delivery:
Florida medical marijuana patients have specific limits set by their physicians:

No. Florida only has medical marijuana — recreational cannabis is NOT legal. You must have a valid MMUR ID card to purchase or receive delivery of any cannabis products.

Yes. MMTCs can deliver to any address in Florida where you reside. Even if your city banned MMTCs, you can still receive delivery from out-of-area dispensaries.
What do I need to receive my delivery?
Your valid MMUR ID card and a government-issued photo ID. You'll also need to sign the transportation manifest to confirm receipt.
Can a caregiver receive my delivery?
Yes. Registered caregivers can order and receive delivery on behalf of their patients. The caregiver must show their caregiver ID card and government ID.
Are there taxes on medical marijuana in Florida?
No. Medical marijuana is completely tax-free in Florida under statute 212.08. You pay only the product price plus any delivery fee.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees range from $0-25 depending on the MMTC. Many offer free delivery for orders over $75-200 or for seniors 65+.
Can out-of-state visitors order delivery in Florida?
