No. Mississippi regulation prohibits dispensary delivery and also prohibits curbside pickup. Every purchase happens inside the store.
Can I buy flower?
Yes. Mississippi sells the full range including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, tinctures, concentrates and topicals.
Does the limit reset if I go to a different dispensary?
No. Purchases are tracked across all dispensaries in the state system, so your balance follows you.
Where can I legally consume?
On private property where the owner permits it. Public consumption is not authorized anywhere in Mississippi, and dispensaries cannot host consumption either.
What about hemp products from a smoke shop?
An Attorney General opinion issued June 11, 2025 treats intoxicating hemp products as controlled substances outside a licensed dispensary, so that is no longer a safe substitute.
Can I grow my own?
No. Mississippi does not permit home cultivation for patients or caregivers.
Mississippi gives patients a genuinely full product range and a limit system worth learning on day one. Ask how many units your basket uses, buy small on the first visit, take the lowest dose at home, and remember that there is no delivery here, so plan the trip rather than the drop-off.
