That geography means dispensary storefronts are sparse and delivery times run longer than almost anywhere else in the state, with orders routinely scheduled rather than same-day the further up the chain a patient lives.

Three MMTC storefronts serve Key West directly — two on Duval Street in Old Town and one on Flagler Avenue in New Town — and a fourth sits up the highway in Tavernier.
