Add the visitor volume at Aulani and the Four Seasons, and the Ko Olina store handles a steady flow of out-of-state patients who registered with the Department of Health before flying.

Commercially, the map is Kapolei Parkway, Farrington Highway, the Kapolei Commons and Ka Makana Alii strips, and the Ko Olina Center. A licensed store on any of those already sits where the leeward side shops.

No delivery license exists in Hawaii, so nothing is carried to a Kapolei home or a Ko Olina hotel room, and any operator offering it is unlicensed. Both counters take online orders and hold them, which matters at Ko Olina where resort parking and check-in timing complicate a casual drop-in.
